When we say Option Trading, it means the activity where option traders buy and sell securities, which may be anything from foreign exchange to stocks and bonds. When the traders buy the securities, they do so at a set price that is agreed upon in a contract. Later on, the value of the security will change and the trader can sell it off for a higher or lower price.
Option trading is not terribly hard to learn. Of course, like with most things, the more experience you get, the better you’ll perform in the field.
