Microsoft Surface is an interactive coffee table shaped computer that responds to your touch and items that have special bar codes attached to them. The machines are set to be shown this Wednesday at a technology conference in California and then will be initially released in November at US stores such as T Mobile and at special properties owned by Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. and Harrah’s Entertainment Inc. The Microsoft Surface computer is expected to cost between five and ten thousand dollars per unit. There are expected to be a small number of programmes included with the Surface computer which include a programme to help share digital photgraphs between friends and family.

When it comes to personal blogging, documentary is the default genre. There are plenty of blogs that serve other functions, but many blogs are primarily catalogues of the life experiences of their author.

Although there are quite a few blogs that focus on collecting poetry and other forms of creative writing, the vast majority of personal blogs are in some sense documentaries.

For many years, the act of making a documentary was meant to be an objective act of reporting the sights and sounds that the filmmaker, writer, or photographer encountered. However, in contemporary times there has been a movement towards embracing the subjectivity inherent in the documentary form.

This means that modern documentaries often reflect the distinctive voice and sensibility of their creator, and the fact that todays documentaries often revolve around personality blurs the lines between documentary and memoir.

We all heard about Social Networking, but do you know what it really means. If someone asked you to define it, would you be able to give an accurate definition? Maybe you can, unfortunately, most individuals cannot even they have participated in some form of social networking especially online.

After join in several social networking online, I learnt that social networking is grouping of individuals together into specific groups, often like a small community or a neighborhood.

It is possible in person; especially in schools or in the workplace, but the most popular one is online. This is because unlike most high schools, colleges, or workplaces, the Internet is filling with millions, it is the place for individuals who are seeking for variety information, looking for to meet other Internet users and develop friendships etc.

When it comes to social networking online, websites are in using, we call them “social networking websites”.

This type of websites in a way just like an online community, community members share a common bond, whether it is hobbies, business, religion or politics. Once you started to access to a social networking website, you can begin to socialize and promote your things. The way of socialization includes reading community member’s profiles or profile pages; you can even contact them.

Speaking of benefits that you will get in social networking online, making many friends is one of them. Another one is diversity. Unlike in most schools or workplaces, the Internet gives individuals opportunity to meet people from all around the world. This means that although you are in the United States, you can develop an online friendship with someone in Japan or England. Not only will you make a new friend, you will also learn some other new things, such as a new culture.

Is it arrogance or poor business practice? I don’t know, but I do know that when you pay for something and 299 dollars is not chicken feed, you expect a little service.

When I first set up my website the first thing I found out when it came to SEO was that you needed to submit your site to the Yahoo Directory and dmoz.org. These were supposedly the listings you had to have if you wanted to get high rankings on the major search engines.

So I duly submitted my listing paying the 299.00 fee and surely enough seven days later I was listed. Job done, great. I was on my way to that elusive Page 1 ranking.

As my business grew and I began to achieve that Page 1 ranking I was aiming for the description and listing I had with Yahoo Directory had become limited. My business had grown geographically as well as expanding in terms of product.
